Getting started
Do I need to pay anything to start?
No. Installing Colouroo is free and there's no monthly fee. You only pay when one of your customers places an order.
Which stores does Colouroo work with?
Shopify. Colouroo installs as a Shopify app and works inside your Shopify admin.
Can I order a sample?
Yes. Email us at hello@colouroo.com.au and we'll sort out samples of the blanks or your printed design.
Pricing and billing
When am I charged?
After your customer orders and your approval window passes (straight away, 1 hour or 24 hours, you choose). We charge the card saved in the app for the product, prints and postage.
Is GST included?
Yes. Every price we show includes GST, and each charge comes with a tax invoice you can download or email from the app.
What currency do you charge in?
Australian dollars, always.
What if my card is declined?
The order is put on hold and won't be printed. Update your card in the app and held orders are retried automatically.
Why does a black tee cost the same as a white one?
We print with DTF (direct to film), which lays down full colour with a white base on any garment. The work is the same, so the price is too.
Printing and shipping
Where are orders printed?
In our workshop in Brisbane, Queensland.
How long does it take?
Orders are usually printed within 3 business days, then shipped. Standard post is 3 to 7 business days, express is 1 to 3 business days.
Is it branded as Colouroo?
No. Orders ship without Colouroo marketing, and the shipping and tracking emails come from your Shopify store.
Does the print get bigger on bigger sizes?
No. The print size stays the same across every garment size, so an XS and a 5XL get the same size design.
What file should I upload?
A PNG with a transparent background, ideally 300 DPI at the size you want it printed.
Orders and returns
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Cancel it in Shopify before it's printed and we'll refund you. Once it's printed, it's made to order and can't be cancelled.
What if something arrives damaged or misprinted?
Send a photo to hello@colouroo.com.au within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it at no cost.
